Water Saver ® Tall Fescue

A dark green sod with moderate density, and a bunch-type grass. Water Saver® Tall Fescue makes for a good tough-play lawn, recommended for a wide variety of uses including residential and commercial landscapes. Its deep root system provides a good heat and drought tolerance. It can also go into summer dormancy if irrigation is withheld, but will green up again when moisture returns.

Kentucky Bluegrass

Kentucky Bluegrass has a dark green color with a beautiful, dense carpet appearance. It's recommended for residential and commercial yards and sports fields. It thrives in cool weather, tolerates medium drought, and resists wear, recovering quickly from occasional abuse.

Meyer Zoysia

A deep green colored sod which forms a dense, low maintenance lawn. Meyer Zoysia has a slow growing shoot which reduces mowing, making it perfect for residential and commercial applications. It tolerates heat up to 100 degrees, goes dormant in temperatures below 55 degrees, and exhibits exceptional wear resistance.

Quickstand Bermuda

Quickstand Bermuda's dense turf, rapid growth, and cold-hardiness makes it an excellent choice for high-traffic areas such as sports fields and golf courses. It performs best during periods of heat and turns brown and enters dormancy at temperatures below 55 degrees. Featuring excellent drought resistance, Quickstand Bermuda can go into dormancy when irrigation is withheld, but will green up again upon return of moisture.
